If you are not happy with your license plate frame(s) for any reason,
simply return frame(s) post paid within 15 days in original condition
for full refund of the price of the frame (excluding shipping charge).
See below for misspellings, wrong color, etc.
If You Receive A Frame That We Have Not Engraved Exactly as you ordered
or is different (color, font, etc.) from what you ordered, you MUST
FIRST

OR call us at 1-812-422-9622 within 30 days of receiving order and let
us know what the mistake is.
We will check our files and either make and ship a replacement
immediately OR have you return the frame(s).
If we have you return the frame(s) that we made a mistake on, we will
remake your order and ship it back to you at no additional cost AND
reimburse you for the cost of returning the frame(s).
We guarantee our frames to be free of manufacturer defects for 6 months
from date of purchase.
