Guarantee, Returns, Delivery Guarantee
We will replace at NO CHARGE any order that we make a mistake on.
Check your order carefully before sending to us because all spelling, colors, sizes, etc. are GUARANTEED to be exactly as you have specified on your order form. A copy of your original order form will be enclosed when we send your order. Check carefully before returning an item to be replaced because we are NOT responsible for mistakes that you have entered on your order form. Be sure to print out and keep a copy of your order for your records.

If You Receive An Item That Is Misspelled or is Different From What You Ordered.
If we process your order different from what you indicate on your order form, email - or call us at 1-812-422-9622 within 10 days of receiving order. We will check our files and either make and ship a replacement immediately OR have you return the item(s). If we have you return the item(s) we will remake your order and ship it back to you at no additional cost AND reimburse you for the cost of returning the item(s).

NO RETURNS on Personalized Items
If we make your order EXACTLY as you have ordered, there are NO refunds exchanges on personalized items.
Once we engrave an item as per your order, we can not "erase" the engraving. This being the case, we do not issue refunds for engraved/personalized items. Before you order a personalized item, make sure you really want it. You CAN NOT send it back for a refund just because you change your mind.

RETURNS on Metal Sign Holders
Contact us before returning. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturer defects for 30 days from date of purchase. For orders of 10 or more metal sign holders, a restocking fee of 50% will be applied plus return shipping cost. If we make a mistake on your order, we will pay the reship cost and no additional charge to send correct item(s).

Phone orders Due to the many options available with our products, color, size, etc. and especially personalization, we discourage orders placed by phone.
We will be happy to answer questions, guide you through the order process or to retrieve payment information, but we CANNOT guarantee order specifics taken over the phone without having a hard copy of the order specifics emailed or faxed to us.
This policy protects both you and us if there is any question concerning your order.

Delivery Guarantee
All packages shipped via USPS are mailed with the U.S. Post Office Delivery Confirmation option. With this option, when a package is delivered to the address entered on the order form, it is scanned by the your Postman and this information is available on the Post Office website. This information is proof that a package was delivered. Occasionally, a notice will be left stating "Delivery Attempted". This usually means that the Postman did not feel it was safe to leave the package and the addressee must contact the Post Office or pick up the package at the Post Office.
After a package is shown "Delivered" or "Delivery Attempted" by the Post Office, we are no longer responsible for that package. The Post Office is VERY reliable so a delivery dispute is rare.

If a packaged is considered lost or late and Delivery Confirmation does not show the package as "Delivered" or "Delivery Attempted", we will REPLACE the order at no additional cost to you or issue a FULL REFUND for the purchase.
A package shipped First Class Mail will NOT be considered lost or late until it has not arrived 14 business days after the ship date. Most orders shipped First Class arrive in 3 to 7 days.

A package shipped Priority Mail will NOT be considered lost or late until it has not arrived 10 business days after the ship date. Most orders shipped Priority arrive in 2 to 4 days.
